Are World Centric products home-compostable or only industrially compostable?

Can World Centric take-out containers handle both hot and cold foods?

Yes, their take-out containers and lids can handle both hot and cold foods, often up to 120 °F. The NoTree line also includes options suitable for hot and cold applications. PLA is more sensitive to heat, so check temperature limits before use.

What materials are used in World Centric packaging?

Packaging materials include unbleached plant fiber, bamboo paperboard, and compostable bioplastics such as PLA. The NoTree line uses FSC Certified bamboo paperboard paired with compostable PLA linings.
