Client Service Representative
We have an immediate opening for a new full-time Client Services Representative in our Bedford, NH office. This is not the typical customer service position. This is for people who love to multi-task, proactively help customers, and make a positive difference-not just answer phones.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails, provide first line customer service including quotes and product information
- Follow up with new clients by phone to ensure satisfaction
- Process web, phone and email orders
- Communicate with warehouse and suppliers as necessary
- Mail samples and catalogs to customers as requested
- Collaborate with marketing team to find ways of increasing inbound leads
