Are Your Products Non-GMO?

Sugarcane and Bamboo-based products are made from non-GMO material and byproducts. Additionally, Most BioBag products we carry are Non-GMO Verified. PLA and Fiber-based products are not Non-GMO Verified.

There is a lack of access to GMO-free crops that could be affordable to consumers. Currently, 86% of the corn grown in the U.S. is GMO, with 45% of it being used for livestock, poultry, and fish production and 27.5% for ethanol production. This is mainly No 2 Yellow dent field corn which is generally not consumed directly by humans due to poor taste.

While we would prefer not to purchase products with a GMO-base, our primary goal is to lessen our reliance and dependency on petroleum-based products.

We look forward to more regulation in this arena similar to the EU but unsure if this would affect non-consumable corn products.
