Material: 60 pt pulpboard, ~1mm thick

Packaging: Sold in packs of 125 (in cases of 1000) to keep them tidy and to easily distribute throughout your establishment.

Ink Colors: CMYK ink options offered.

Printable Area: Coasters are digitally printed and thus have a restricted print area. Maximum print space is 3” x 3”. Full Bleed printing is not available.

Image Files: Please review our design specifications/artwork. Vector art with type turned to outlines is highly preferred. We accept the following image file types: PDF, AI, PSD, JPEG, TIF, PNG.

Proof: For new artwork, we provide a photo of a test print for your approval. Production lead time starts after your test print approval is received.

Shipping Schedule

U.S. ORDERS
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ to the continental U.S. (excludes custom-printed packaging and freight shipments). Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed by 10:30 AM ET ship the same day. Delivery speed varies by product; your estimated delivery date will appear at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

Large pallet-sized orders ship via Freight within 1-5 business days. When ordering multiple pallets, please reach out for a Custom Freight Quote.

CANADIAN ORDERS
All customs and borders fees are included within the final pricing provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we do ship samples internationally, case and pallet orders ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarder. Enter their address in the shipping fields during checkout. Learn more about international shipping and freight forwarders.

RETURNS
Most unused items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days, except sale/clearance items. Due to food safety regulations, opened items are non-returnable unless sent in error.
