Certified compostable 20 oz hot cups are made from NoTree bamboo paper, an annually renewable resource that doesn’t require trees being cut down. Perfect for serving hot beverages like tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, your customers will love the fact these are 100% compostable and don't contain a plastic or wax lining.

Pairs with CPLA lid CUL-CS-12, Paper lid CU-SU-20-Cor fiber lids CUL-FB-12G-LF or CU-SU-20-Csold separately.

Storage and Shipping

Storage of custom cases in either of our climate controlled warehouses (NH or CA) is available, and we can ship to you on demand. Consult with your Custom Print Specialist for details and pricing. Many clients including those with multiple locations or limited storage space take advantage of this service.

Artwork

Artwork must be submitted in vector format as an .ai, .eps., or high resolution .pdf file. All texts must be outlined. Templates are available on the product pages or by request. You will be supplied with a final proof to approve before production begins.

Shipping Schedule

U.S. ORDERS
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ to the continental U.S. (excludes custom-printed packaging and freight shipments). Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed by 10:30 AM ET ship the same day. Delivery speed varies by product; your estimated delivery date will appear at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

Large pallet-sized orders ship via Freight within 1-5 business days. When ordering multiple pallets, please reach out for a Custom Freight Quote.

CANADIAN ORDERS
All customs and borders fees are included within the final pricing provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we do ship samples internationally, case and pallet orders ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarder. Enter their address in the shipping fields during checkout. Learn more about international shipping and freight forwarders.

RETURNS
Most unused items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days, except sale/clearance items. Due to food safety regulations, opened items are non-returnable unless sent in error.
