Client Services Representative

Full-Time Hybrid (Bedford, NH)

We have an immediate opening for a new full-time, high-performing Client Services Representative to join our Bedford, NH area office. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities confidently, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys helping customers succeed, not just answering phones.


If you have a strong track record in client services or customer support, love solving problems, and are motivated by purpose-driven work, we’d love to meet you.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Become a subject matter expert on Good Start Packaging’s sustainable products
  • Provide front-line support via phone, email, and chat by delivering accurate product information, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
  • Process web, phone, and email orders with accuracy and speed
  • Manage order tracking, returns, and delivery logistics—including pulling freight quotes and coordinating with shipping partners

  • Support our sample program, including inventory oversight and occasional packing
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in a client services, customer support, or customer success role (preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and process time-sensitive orders daily
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort navigating 5+ online systems at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong reliability and consistent follow-through in prior roles
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Professional, calm, and customer-first demeanor
  • Passion for sustainable products and environmental responsibility
  • Ability to work onsite (hybrid schedule available after initial training)
  • Bonus Points: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, distributor/warehouse communication, or order operations.
