Are double wall coffee cups recyclable?
Double wall and disposable coffee cups in general are typically not recyclable or accepted in paper recycling due to their lining which prevents hot liquids from soaking through the paper. Our certified compostable double walled coffee cups are lined with PLA bioplastic. Many non-compostable cups in the market are lined with plastic resin, or polyethylene which makes them unable to be recycled.
